National Trails Day

Join us for National Trails Day on Saturday, June 3 at Rowe Woods!

First launched in 1993 under the American Hiking Society, National Trails Day® takes place annually on the first Saturday in June. This national holiday promotes the importance of trail conservation and recognizes all the incredible benefits our local trails provide for recreation and nature exploration.

This year's event includes:

  • Free grillout, 11 am-2 pm
  • Trail magic giveaways, including free Hike for Your Health passports
  • Browse our selection of native plants in the final weekend of our Spring Native Plant Sale
  • Booths featuring some of our local partners
  • Scavenger hunt, fun for all ages!

National Trails Day kicks off tons of summer fun at Cincinnati Nature Center, including our Nature for All summer programming.

Nature for All, which provides experiences in nature onsite and offsite for people from under-resourced communities, is generously supported by Bronco Wild Fund and your local Ford dealers.
