Holiday Parties at Groesbeck Estate

Cincinnati Nature Center's Groesbeck Estate provides a warm, intimate, and beautiful setting for you to create a memorable holiday experience for up to 40 guests prior to enjoying Light in the Forest. Whether it's a family gathering or your work team's holiday celebration, this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to bring everyone together for a festive evening of good food and fun.

Reservations are available Thursday–Sunday, December 1–December 30, excluding Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. After your private gathering, you and your guests will join our Light in the Forest event at your scheduled ticket time of 7:30 pm.

Venue Rental Pricing for up to 40 people is $550 for 2.5 hours prior to your Light in the Forest entrance time at 7:30 pm.

Groesbeck Rental Includes

  • Tables, chairs, and linens
  • Holiday themed centerpieces
  • Wall mounted monitors
  • Background holiday music (by request)
  • Entrance into Cincinnati Nature Center
  • Parking at Groesbeck Estate and reserved parking for Light in the Forest

Additional Fees

Discounted Light in the Forest tickets – $12/adults $8/child. 

Bar package options:

  • Basic bar includes beer and wine – $20/person
  • Standard bar includes beer, wine, and liquor – $24/person.
