Hike for Your Health Challenge

Are you up for the challenge?

Join the fun and get healthy at Cincinnati Nature Center while discovering all of the benefits of hiking. Take the Hike for Your Health Challenge! The Nature Center has made significant enhancements to this initiative including:

  • New Hike for Your Health trail passports
  • Heart monitors for our guest to check-out
  • Outdoor exhibit to motivate participants
  • Valuable incentive prizes to encourage participation at all abilities

Pick up a Hike for Your Health passport at the Rowe Visitor Center for $2 and start hiking! After hiking all 15 trails at Rowe Woods and Long Branch Farm & Trails, bring your passport back to the Rowe Visitor Center to receive a Cincinnati Nature Center Trailblazer prize.

The Hike for Your Health Challenge is for everyone. Why?
