The Enquirer NAMES Cincinnati Nature Center a Winner of the Cincinnati Top Workplaces 2020 Award

Cincinnati Nature Center has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Enquirer. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

Jeff Corney, Executive Director of Cincinnati Nature Center wrote, "In August, I witnessed the staff’s dedication, not only to the mission, but to one another, during the ANCA summit.  Recently, I saw the same passion come pouring out during the COVID crisis.  Today, we find ourselves working through, yet, another crisis in terms of race and civil (un)equalities.  Through all of this, I see a group of people who are dedicated to nature and the mission of this organization.  It is because of each of you doing what you do well, and everyone willing to speak up while listening that we are able to succeed as a unit.  I want to thank you for that.  While we may not have one-hundred percent consensus for every decision, it is the support and trust that makes our team strong."

We're grateful and excited to be nominated for this award. For more information about Cincinnati Nature Center and our employment policies, please email cnc@cincynature.org.
