Trail Stewardship
For your safety, preservation of our natural resources, and consideration for other visitors, please observe the following trail guidelines:
- To protect our woodland and aquatic habitats, please remain on designated trails and boardwalks - foot traffic only.
- Observe but do not disturb plants and wildlife. We do not allow collecting, hunting or fishing on CNC properties.
- Please walk in groups of 12 or fewer.
- Children younger than high school age must be accompanied by an adult.
- Pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Always carry out your pet's waste. Discourage pets from wading in water. - Please do not litter. Pack it in, pack it out.
- Picnic only in designated the picnic area located near the Rowe Woods main parking lot.
- Please refrain from smoking on trails.
- Turtle and fish feeding is only allowed at Powel Crosley Lake. Feed only pellets available at The Nature Shop. DO NOT FEED BREAD. Feeding waterfowl and other wildlife is prohibited. Learn more about safe fish and turtle feeding (PDF).
