MONARCH BUTTERFLY TAGGING 9/19/10
Join experienced monarch tagger Lester Peyton as he discusses the life cycle of monarch butterflies, their migration and wintering grounds and how to provide host plants and nectar.After the presentation, we'll move outside and begin the tagging process using monarchs in torpor. After tagging, walk to the field to look for milkweed and search for more monarchs.
Program occurs rain or shine.
