FIRESIDE MAPLE-SWEET POTATO BAKE AND MAPLE HIKE 3/1/10
Gather 'round the hearth in Abner Hollow Cabin to celebrate maple season with Dutch oven-baked sweet potatoes. Before dining, peruse our collection of historic sugaring equipment then top your sweet potato with homemade butter, fresh maple syrup and pecans. After dining, join CNC Director Bill Hopple for a special full moon hike through the sugarbush. Meet at Abner Hollow Cabin and dress to be outside.
